Product Overview

The SD12EL compact crawler mini excavator is a lightweight 980kg micro digger designed for home garden landscaping, small trenching, farm maintenance, greenhouse works and construction in narrow spaces.
Its retractable track undercarriage can shrink to 830mm and extend to 1030mm, which allows the machine to pass through narrow gateways and tight passages easily.

Operating weight is 980KG. This mini excavator is equipped with Kopu 192F single-cylinder air-cooled diesel engine. It uses No.2-D diesel fuel, simple structure, reliable operation and low maintenance cost.
At rated speed of 3600 rpm, the engine delivers maximum power of 7kW (9.5 HP), displacement 0.499L.
Engine oil refill capacity is 1.2L.

Hydraulic system adopts Yantai Liyouxin pump: 0804 pilot double gear pump + 07 main single gear pump.
Pilot maximum flow 28 L/min, main mechanical pump flow 25 L/min, system pressure up to 25 MPa. Sensitive hydraulic control ensures smooth and precise digging actions.

Travel speed: 2 km/h. Max climbing capacity 30°, ground pressure only 35kPa to protect lawns and soft ground against sinking. Maximum bucket breakout force reaches 14KN for light-duty excavation tasks.

Excellent working performances: maximum digging radius 2900mm, maximum digging depth 1600mm, maximum digging height 1800mm, maximum dumping height 1780mm.
The swing boom can swing 45° to the left and 55° to the right, allowing flexible operation alongside walls and buildings without frequent machine relocation.
Retractable undercarriage: retracted width 830mm, extended width 1030mm.
Dozer blade shares the same adjustable width with tracks (830mm retracted /1030mm extended).

Transport dimensions: Length 2700mm × Width 930mm × Height 2100mm. Counterweight ground clearance is 420mm for crossing rough and uneven ground. Boom length:1520mm; arm length:800mm.
Track shoe width 180mm; track shoe length 1200mm. Standard bucket width 380mm, bucket capacity 0.02m³, ideal for small trenching, backyard earthmoving and landscape renovation.
