The pasteurizer can also be used for oats, almonds, coconut, and other types of non-dairy milk pasteurization. Additionally, you can use this device for warming calf milk, melting honey, producing honey wax, making pudding, preparing an ice cream base, and more.

The Milky FJ 300 СT is equipped with an electronic control panel that automates the heating and cooling process. The 4-cycle adjustable / pre-programmable mode simplifies that for you. It provides:
1. Temperature setting. Once the required temperature is set, the pasteurizer reaches and maintains it automatically.
2. Time setting. The pasteurizer holds the required temperature within the specific time, then automatically shuts off the heater when complete.
Optimize your energy consumption with the LE (low energy) smart solution. Electronically modulate the heating power from 100% down to 20%.
Safe to use: A sturdy base with a tilting mechanism ensures safety during use of this pasteurizer. Thus, you can easily lean the kettle when it's empty. Additionally, this device features a safety stop function.
Mobility and user-friendly: Despite its heavy weight and large capacity, the pasteurizer is designed for easy and safe equipment movement. It is equipped with a movable console for the 20 rpm electric motor of the mixer and the cheese harp (optional). It also features a 2-part removable lid and 4 wheels at the bottom of the construction.
What is the difference between Milky FJ 300 CT (closed type) and Milky FJ 300 OTF (open system) pasteurizers?
The Milky FJ 300 CT (closed type) pasteurizer is equipped with two electrical heaters with 9kW power each, giving 18kW in total. It can heat the liquid to 99°C (100°C). Milky FJ 300 OTF (open system) can increase the temperature only up to 94°C, achieved by a 15kW (6+9kW) heating power system. Heating in a closed system up to 100°C is provided by an additional electrical heating element. It enables the connection of external heating (using hot water) and a cooling system.
